When you use the contact or call-booking form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, your message, and, for call requests, your preferred date and time. We also receive your IP address with the form submission to help prevent spam.
We use this information only to reply to you and to arrange calls. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Messages are sent by email to our team. They are not published and are shared only with people who need them to respond to you, or where the law requires it.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversations, and delete them on request.
Rently is a separate product with its own accounts and data. Information you enter in Rently is covered by the terms and privacy practices for that service.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email inquiries@mwambanetworks.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
